What makes NatWest statements different

NatWest statements pair a transaction-type column (D/D, S/O, BAC, CHG and friends) with separate paid-out and paid-in figures, and descriptions frequently run over more than one line. NoRekey merges the wrapped narrative, keeps the type markers, and assigns each amount's sign from its column — then proves the lot against the running balance.

Statements downloaded from NatWest online banking can reach back up to seven years, which makes them the usual raw material for catch-up bookkeeping and closed-account work. Long, dense statements are fine: every page is read and the full period is reconciled against the printed opening and closing balances.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against NatWest's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
