What makes Capital One statements different

Capital One produces two very different documents under one brand: clean, digital-first 360 Checking and Savings statements with a running ledger, and credit card statements that group transactions, fees and interest into separate sections with no per-row balance. NoRekey detects which it is reading and applies the right verification to each.

Card statements are verified the card way — previous balance plus charges minus payments and credits must equal the new balance, to the penny — while 360 statements reconcile against the running balance row by row. Either way, anything that does not tie out is flagged for review instead of exported silently.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against Capital One's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
