What makes AIB statements different

AIB statements follow Irish conventions — euro amounts, DD/MM/YYYY dates, IBAN-identified accounts, debit and credit columns with a running balance. NoRekey signs each row from its column and reconciles the statement against its printed opening and closing balances before anything is exported.

Ireland's banking upheaval matters here: with Ulster Bank and KBC exiting the market, thousands of businesses migrated to AIB mid-year — leaving books that span two banks' statements. Convert both sides in one batch; each statement reconciles independently, so the handover month comes out clean.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against AIB's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
