What makes BMO statements different
BMO issues distinct personal and business statement layouts, and business accounts are where the volume lives: pages of cheques, deposits and pre-authorised debits in withdrawal/deposit columns. NoRekey rebuilds one signed chronological ledger from either layout and reconciles it against the statement's own opening and closing balances.
Like the other big Canadian banks, BMO statements are issued in English or French. NoRekey reads the layout rather than the words, so Relevé de compte headings convert identically — and the balance check applies regardless of language.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against BMO's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
