What makes NAB statements different

NAB is Australia's big business bank, and its business transaction account statements run long — merchant settlements, supplier EFTs, payroll runs — in debit/credit columns with DD/MM dates. NoRekey rebuilds them into one signed chronological ledger, reconciled against the statement's printed balances, ready for quarterly BAS reconciliation.

Australian statement conventions apply throughout: DR-suffixed overdrawn balances become genuine negatives, dates normalise to ISO, and every conversion must tie out against the statement's own opening and closing figures before anything is exported.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against NAB's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
