Yes — the Free plan converts 10 bank statement pages every month, forever. It includes every export format (CSV, Excel, OFX, QFX, JSON), balance verification on every conversion, batch upload, full conversion history and API access. No card required, no trial clock.

What counts as a page?

Pages count against your allowance when a statement is accepted for conversion — a 3-page statement uses 3 pages. Failed conversions never consume pages, and your allowance resets on your billing cycle date rather than the calendar month.

Do scanned statements cost more?

Yes. Scanned or photographed statements convert through OCR, which takes more work to run, so each page uses 3 pages of your allowance — the same convention Sage’s AutoEntry uses. We detect the scan at upload and show you the cost before anything converts. Text-based PDFs downloaded from your bank convert at the normal one-page-per-page rate.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

Conversions pause until your cycle resets or you upgrade. Nothing is lost — your history and exports stay available, and upgrading takes effect immediately with prorated billing.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly billing saves roughly 20% — Practice is $228/year (about $19/month) and Firm is $780/year (about $65/month). You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
