What makes CIBC statements different

CIBC statements use the Canadian withdrawal/deposit column convention with compact transaction dates that lean on the statement period for their year. NoRekey resolves each date from the period — the December-into-January statement, a staple of year-end bookkeeping, exports with every row in the correct year.

Joint and multi-account holders often arrive with a stack of PDFs across chequing and savings. Each statement is converted and reconciled independently against its own printed balances, so one hard-to-read page in one document never contaminates the rest of the batch.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against CIBC's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
