What makes CommBank statements different

CommBank statements follow Australian conventions: DD/MM dates, debit and credit columns, and overdrawn balances marked with a DR suffix rather than a minus sign. NoRekey normalises all of it — dates to ISO, columns to signed amounts, DR balances to proper negatives — and verifies the result against the statement's own opening and closing balances.

Australian bookkeeping runs on the July-to-June financial year, and EOFY catch-up means converting a year of statements at once. Batch upload takes the whole financial year in one drop, each statement individually reconciled before it reaches the BAS work.

Balanced against the statement
Every conversion is cross-checked against Commonwealth Bank's opening and closing balances, so a mismatch surfaces before it reaches your books.
Originals deleted immediately
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and the uploaded PDF is deleted the moment processing finishes.
