Managing your plan and invoices

Billing lives in Settings → Billing & plan, visible to team owners.

Page limits

Each plan includes a monthly page allowance — 10 on Free, 5,000 on Practice, 20,000 on Firm. Pages count when a statement is accepted for conversion, and failed conversions are not charged against your quota. The allowance resets on your billing cycle date, not the calendar month.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately: you're charged a prorated difference and the new allowance applies straight away. The confirmation dialog shows the exact amount and card before anything is charged.

Downgrading

Downgrades (including yearly to monthly) schedule for the end of your current billing period — you keep what you paid for until then, and the billing page shows the pending change. You can cancel the scheduled change any time before it lands.

Invoices and receipts

Every invoice is available from the billing page via the customer portal, where you can also update the card on file. Cancelling entirely moves the team to Free at the end of the period — your history and settings stay intact.
