Converting a statement takes under a minute, and you can try it before creating an account.
Upload
Drop a bank statement PDF onto the converter on the home page, or click the dropzone to browse for one. Any text-based PDF from any bank works — there are no templates to pick and nothing to configure. If the statement is password-protected, enter the password in the field that appears; it's used only to open the file.
Review
Extraction usually takes 10–30 seconds. When it finishes you'll see every transaction — date, description, amount and running balance — and a balanced tag if the rows reconcile exactly against the statement's own opening and closing balances. If something doesn't tie out, the conversion is flagged for review instead, so you know to check before importing.
Export
Choose CSV, Excel, OFX, QFX or JSON and the file downloads immediately. That's it — the original PDF has already been deleted by this point, and your extracted rows expire on your retention schedule.
What's next
As a guest you get one free conversion of up to 10 pages. A free account raises that to 10 pages every month with full history, and paid plans start at 5,000 pages a month for teams doing this daily.
